The All on Four or All on X system is a modern method for placing an implant-supported fixed prosthesis in a toothless jaw. Traditional methods usually require six implants for a complete jaw. However, due to some anatomical structures or resorption of the jaw bone, it may not be possible to place six implants. In this case, additional procedures such as bone grafting or sinus elevation may be required. These additional procedures may impose an additional burden on the patient in terms of both cost and time. The All on Four system was developed to avoid these additional procedures and reduce costs. How is the All on Four System Implemented?<\/strong><\/p>

In the All on Four system, two straight implants are placed in the anterior region of the jaw and two angled implants are added to the posterior region. A fixed prosthesis is made on these four implants by screwing technique. To increase the strength of the prosthesis, the number of implants can be increased. A substructure with a metal construction is laid inside the prosthesis and porcelain or plastic teeth are machined on it. The prosthesis, which is screwed onto the implants, is placed in a stable manner. Precise impression techniques and qualified technicians ensure that the prosthesis is correctly placed on the implants.<\/p>

Advantages of the All on Four System:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Fast Results:<\/strong> After the implants are placed with a certain force during the operation, a fixed temporary prosthesis can be made on top of it immediately. This treatment is commonly known as \u201cone-day dental treatment\u201d.<\/li>
  • Easy Removability:<\/strong> If there are any problems with the prosthesis or implants, the prosthesis can be easily removed by unscrewing the screws.<\/li>
